Return Policy (30 Days)
We offer a 30-day return policy.
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return if you are not satisfied with your UTV, golf cart, or accessories.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition as received
- The item must be in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items that show signs of use, damage, or alteration
- Items returned without original packaging
- Items returned after the 30-day return period
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@utvgolfcart.com and include:
- Your order number
- Reason for return
- Photos of the item (if applicable)
Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns
Refund Policy
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved:
- The refund will be processed to your original payment method
- Refunds are issued within 7 business days after approval
- Your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund
- You will not incur any fees for the reimbursement
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund after approval:
- First, check your bank account or payment provider
- Then, contact your credit card company or bank

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@utvgolfcart.com so we can make it right.
